1. Using L1Prep
L1Prep gives you access to practice questions and study materials for the courses you purchase. Your account is for your own personal use — please don’t share your login or redistribute course content.
2. Purchases
Prices are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and charged in full at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. A purchase grants you ongoing access to that course’s content through your L1Prep account.
3. Refunds
If a course isn’t working for you, contact us within 1 day of purchase at l1prep.admin@gmail.com and we’ll issue a refund.
4. Not financial or exam advice
L1Prep is an independent study tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any exam body, and nothing on this site is financial, investment, or professional advice. Practice questions are a study aid, not a guarantee of exam results.
5. Account termination
We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service (for example, sharing login credentials or attempting to scrape course content). You can close your account at any time by contacting us.
6. Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
